Q. What are the dimensions of and materials used to create the neon signs?

A. Each piece is approximately 10" in diameter and weighs roughly 3 lbs. They are decorated using CRT (Custom Image Technology) and incorporate plastic moldings and neon tube.

Q. What Payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept payments through Paypal, which means you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or straight from a Paypal account. Paypal is simply the Merchant that we use to accept payment and is 100% secure.

Q. How long will my neon product last?

A. Indoor neon pieces are virtually maintenance free. The transformer or power supply can last up to fifteen years. The neon tubes do not burn out like incandescent or fluorescent light bulbs, and will last twenty years if they are not broken.

Q. Is neon safe and efficient?

A. Yes, our neon products are safe. They come with a UL-approved adaptor. The gas is not harmful to your health if it escapes. However, under no circumstances should you attempt to disassemble or repair any neon item. Neon is a very efficient light source.

Q. What methods of shipping do you use?

A. We use UPS Ground depending on the weight of the total order. Unfortunately we cannot ship to AFO, PO or outside the United States at this time. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card when order?

A. Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone seeing your credit card number or information.
